• 1 lb. Wild Duck cut into 1” pieces
  • 1 lb. thin sliced bacon cut in half
  • 1 – 12 oz. Bottle of Lawry’s steak & chop marinade
  • Toothpicks

Wrap each duck piece with 1/2 a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Combine bacon-wrapped duck pieces and marinade in a ziploc bowl or bag. Marinade in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours. Cook pieces on a hot grill until bacon is done.

This simple recipe is by far our favorite way to enjoy wild ducks and geese taken afield.
