<li>2 lbs. skinned Walleye</li>
<li>2 tablespoons Lemon Juice</li>
<li>2/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese</li>
<li>1/3 cup butter &#8211; softened</li>
<li>3 tablespoons Mayonnaise</li>
<li>4 tablespoons Onion &#8211; finely chopped</li>
<li>1/4 teaspoon Salt</li>
<li>1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder</li>
</ul>
<p><em><strong>Method 1</strong></em><br />
Place a single layer of fillets in a well greased baking dish. Brush with lemon juice and let stand for 10 minutes. Broil fillets about 4 inches from heat source for 6-8 minutes or until fish flakes apart easily with a fork. Meanwhile combine all remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Remove fish from broiler and spread with cheese mixture. Broil 2-3 minutes longer or until lightly browned.</p>
<p><em><strong>Method 2</strong></em><br />
Place a single layer of fillets on a well greased piece of foil. Brush with lemon juice and let stand for 10 minutes. Place foil with fillets on a hot grill. Cook on high 6-8 minutes until fish flakes apart easily with a fork. Meanwhile combine all remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Spread cheese mixture onto fish. Cook with grill lid down 2-3 minutes longer or until lightly browned.</p>
